SOCOMEP provides quality and quantity management services for the tuna purse seiner fleet and reefer vessels discharging in Port Victoria, Seychelles, as well as other international ports. It is our responsibility to monitor unloading operations on behalf of our clients and to ensure that set standards are maintained.
As Managing Director of SOCOMEP, I am responsible to our Board of Directors for the establishment of SOCOMEP’s Quality Policy, and achieving the aims and objectives for the Company set by the Board. The policy, organization and procedures necessary to achieve the required standards are described in our Quality Management System. Our Quality Policy is defined and strongly driven by the following management principles and behaviors:
All Managers and Supervisors have a responsibility to assist in implementing and continuously improving the Quality Management System and ensuring that all respective employees under their management understand the requirements.
